Client Spotlights:

Trident Leasing Corporation.

Trident Leasing uses a proprietary in-house CRM that was initially developed by Brainbang and Faction8.  I have created many modules, customizations, and tweaks to this CRM, to the point that development forked and I took ownership of the highly specialized financial package.  This has lead to a great working relationship with Brainbang and Faction8, who I have completed many projects with.

Some of the modules I hand wrote include:

  • Credit Scoring Module (using XML/SOAP technologies to connect to Equifax)
  • Decisioning Module (can determine credit worthiness of a prospective customer instantly)
  • Documentation Package Creation (built from scratch Microsoft Word Document Template Creation)
  • Documentation Task Tracking (allows the documentation team to stay up to date on tasks, and allows full transparency and time tracking of the entire process)
  • Paperless Filing and Storage (files can be uploaded or scanned by entering the account number on the Network Scanner).
  • Submission Process to Bank (this allows for a credit manager to instantly send all relevant documents to a bank for a quicker decision)

These modules and others shortened the number of man-hours on every lease processed by the company, saving the company money in the back office, and allowing the front office more time to close deals, and handle all the needs of their customers.

SEO and Marketing:

  • Enhanced organic traffic and moved the site from not being ranked to the top 10 for a heavily competitive keyword: “Equipment Leasing”
  • Integrated web site analytics with incoming marketing leads using hand coded logging and tracking software
  • Tracked, Managed, and Improved AdWords performance using Google Analytics.
  • Designed and Implemented new marketing programs and initiatives, to add a new sales arm to the company.
